Drank these with the Ribs pictured in next post. For some reason we did not take any pictures of the secret Rib Rub or Cooking Process.
We devoured the ribs.....no pics from that....luck I saved some for the next day.
The 2003 Denner Syrah was a AMGP 94.
Was at a real good ageing point...I wish I had more.
The 2005 Quilceda Red Wine is a solid AMGP 93 and will most likely improve with age.
It is much better than the 2004 Vintage ....much.
