Spicy Shrimp over Three Grain Risotto ( rice,barley,spelt)

This was so good!!
Excellent flavors....spicy....mascarpone in the risotto..heat from el Pato (mexican -salsa de chile fresco) tomato sauce.
This was better than the best restaurants put out.
Nice Riesling.... but should have opened a better one for this food.

Broiled Bacalhau(Salt Cod),Batatas(boiled Potato),grĂ£o-de-bico(chickpeas),Couve(cabbage),Bolo de caco(pan Bread),
